We had a water pipe burst inside a wall cavity causing extensive flooding damage. My initial call to Major League received a prompt return call within minutes. Seeing that I had the water source shut off, we had an appointment scheduled first thing the following morning (my call was late in the afternoon). Our plumber Joe arrived punctually after he had given us a "heads up" call. Joe was very thorough with his examination of the source and the entire plumbing layout of the property. Also his explanation of potential issues that need immediate attention. We discussed how he would do the repair of the burst pipe before he started. He took care to cover the area he was working to protect our property. He is very knowledgeable, personable and a good worker. My first encounter with Major League was a positive one, especially at a very stressful time. I recommend them for your plumbing needs and have scheduled additional work from them in the near future.

After being a tradesman for 25 years, I know quality, professionalism & fair prices when I see it. Major League plumbing understands the importance of quality service at a reasonable price, and that’s why I’m writing this review. I had the pleasure of meeting with employee Joe Ottman to explain my needs and what options I had. I was impressed by his upfront transparency and even more impressed with the finished product. These days transparency and fair prices are hard to find. I found both with Major league! Thanks again to Joe, Shawn and the rest of the crew for running a business that customers can trust!
